Denton Phoenix are a junior football club in Tameside with only two teams, under 14’s and under 18’s. They are the smallest club in their league and are delighted to be supported by Williams Stockport BMW. The club’s home pitch is at Haughton Green playing fields, Denton.
In October 2005, Denton Phoenix were awarded Charter Standard Status, which is a great achievement for such a small club and demonstrates good management and organisation which hopefully will help all the children develop. Three managers achieved their Level 2 FA Coaching qualification in summer this year.
